Two incidents happened with me on yesterday flight while coming from Kolkata to Bhubaneswar through evening flight departure at 19:55hrs .my seat no was 24D .during fly on board on flight your airhostess hit me severely the food trolley on my left leg which still I am having pain with my leg .post landed at Bhubaneswar when I board on your bus , I felt down inside the bus severely because of poor supportive hanging system, when again there is an injury with my back bone and luckily I save my life with the help of other passengers.they manged to save my head . Apart from the injury my lap top got damaged along with my cell phone too...so it's an bad experience which I never expected such casualness service from airasia.
