I purchased a 5 computer / 2 year license in April 2014. I activated 2 PCs. However, I have been unable to activate others as I have incorrectly copied the activation code (1 character missing). I have sent several messages to Kaspersky. Kaspersky Lab have replied, asking for more information. I have complied and continuously requested the code.
In my last message to Kaspersky (17 June), I advised that my computers were vulnerable.
Since then, at least 1 of my PCs has contracted a virus. This has required cleaning at my expense. Lesson learnt.
It has now become necessary to protect my equipment with an alternative product. It cost me a little more but appears to be well worth it.
I ask the question, "What is Kaspersky's idea of customer service?"
Needless to say, I've made my Kaspersky experience known to as many as possible.
