They need to review the resume first and make their determinations to interview the applicant if the applicant meets all of the qualifications first and foremost. Then during a telephone interview you must make sure that the applicant can quickly meet all of the needs of the immediate supervisor with minimal or no training. They must learn not to waste other people's precious time with dishonest job interviews; it only makes the KBM supervisors look severely retarded, discriminatory, piggish, and deceitful. Many applicants and ex-employees are writing their complaints to EEOC, ACLU, and Michael Moore.

Furthermore, just because Wunderman is a name of Jewish heritage doesn't mean they (the corporate oafs at KBM) are tolerant, fair, honest, and non-bigoted. A fair amount of Jewish hypocrites collaborated with The Nazis in World War 2.
