Pos laju pick up stuff attitude horrible!!!!!!!
We are contact customer with pos laju, daily pick up. Your stuff come pick up today 12/7/2018 (4pm), but we haven done packing yet, left few more pieces, then we try to ask him can wait us awhile, then he said cannot with a bad tune and scold my colleague, i heard he call to his colleague also normmlay come pick up our parcel and start scold him. We try few times dy this stuff also with a very bad attitude, i hope pos laju can educate your stuff regarding how to treat customer, we paid money but get this kind of services. Normally come and pick up our parcel that Fahan is very good services, with a very good attitude.The stuff's name is Hanizan, Im not sure spelling wrong or not, i know his name is this only, but i think you can check right, from the system and the date i provided.
