I'm Bev Schweitzer, of Az, USA.
I have received harassment for 7 1/2 yrs in Mesa Az. IT started after I testified for the prosecution in a high-profile case in Phoenix in 2000.
I noticed stalking & home entry by neighbors in my retirement community. Numerous missing & displaced items inside my house. Vandalism to property that required frequent visits & reports by police w/o satisfaction. Hired a PI & have video of home entry. Received reimbursement from home insurance for vigilante damage to air conditioner that 3 companies witnessed to. Electronic shocks started in about 2004. Required 4 visits to ED due to irregular heart rate that resolved in about 2 hrs. No heart history in family or myself. Electrical shocks continue to body. Wear jammer & zapper for protection when I sleep. Loud noises that startle me awake continue regularly while sleeping-sounds like trains, fax machines, phones. I turn mine off.etc.
Please help by investigating this form of silent torture. W/directed energy & neurological weapons that are painful, causes burning to skin & scalp. My cat has hair loss from the burning & leaps in the air crying in pain.

I DEMAND AN INTERNATIONAL INVESTIGATION INTO THESE CRIMES AND HUGE VIOLATIONS OF HUMAN RIGHTS!
