No return calls/emails or product

I sent money and Flowers At the end of April 2015. I have called & emailed this heartless woman and no response. I contacted the dectectives office. Said to give her one last chance. Gave her 2 months after nasty messages left. Still nothing. Will be contacting detectives office agai .
