TOLONG CEPATKAN PNGHANTRN. BRG LAMA SGT STUCK DEKAT KLIA. SY TAKUT KEK LAPIS TAK ELOK SMPAI NNTI . DH SMGGU LEBIH MSIH TAK SAMPAI . SYG KALAU SMPAI KEL SUDAH TAK ELOK . BETATUS RATUS RUGI .

KERUGIAN DISEBABKAN POSTAGE LAMBAT

Hi. Saya nak bertanya dan membuat aduan mengenai service pos saya baru-baru ni. Sy telah membeli barang(kek lapis) dari Kuching Sarawak, kek telah di pos sejak 12 Nov 2019. Saya menerima kek2 tersebut di destinasi saya di Kulim pada 18 Nov 2019 petang. Hal ini menyebabkan kek2 saya kebanyakan rosak. Bagaimanakah cara saya boleh membuat tuntuan bayaran ganti rugi daripada pihak tuan bagi menanggung kerugian disebabkan jarak masak hampir seminggu ini menyebabkan kek2 tersebut rosak.
