I am writing today with a serve complaint against gutherie keller williams realty in canton ohio. First of all the first complaint is about the company not following their own company contract about closing on my moms house in salem ohio that just sold and they sent the closing date for wednesday. But then mom received a text message saying that they wanted to move it up to september 12 instead of the 14 of september 14.
And my second complaint is with a few of the companies employess jackie waikem and sharri who sent the text message to mom on friday. Considering your rude and ignorant employees have no consideration for a client who is in decling health and going through diaylsis three days a week. But your rude employees are only out to make a commission on the house. When i am just going to let you know now i have filed a complaint with keller williams head corportate office of the real estate company and i have also filed a complaint with the ohio real estate better business burea and I have also spoken to a family member who is a lawyer in Columbus ohio since he deals with real estate law.
So at this point i would never reconmend this real estate to any one

a contract was made between i and keller williams auctioneers of groveport ohio, the auctioneer failed to conduct the auctions that were scheduled to be auctioned , so i got hold of an attorney the contact the keller williams auctioneer company , keller submitted a claim with his insurance for payment of suit to avoid court. apparently he might not of had error & omition coverage because the claim was denied to cover keller williams we tried to get contact with keller williams afterward an got no response a complaint with agriculture of ohio has been submitted and if payment is not rendered then we will persue a law suit so if anyone has been in a business problem with this company and they have breached their contract with you let me know cause we can do a class action lawsuit thank you
