THE SCAMMER REP WHO CALLED WAS EXTREMELY RUDE TO ME WHEN I ASKED WHAT THE NATURE OF HIS CALL WAS FOR ONE OF OUR EMPLOYEES. HE REFUSED TO TELL ME THEN, STARTED INSULTING ME. HANG UP AND BLOCK THESE FOOLS!

Answering the call from 855-229-5561 - caller announced herself as Kate from Kelly Printing Supplies. I can appreciate the tough job telemarketers have and try to be nice to them, but really I should have trusted my instincts to just hang up.

Kate did ask what kind of copiers we use to give us a price on supplies. After giving her the Model # and expecting some sort of price on ink, she said they'd call back with prices and without giving me the opportunity to say more, she hung up. I did call back and got an auto attendant message that all agents were busy and leave a Voicemail.

This was either the Scam of all Scam calls in order to get information about our company, or the most unprofessional sales call I've had in 31 years.

Will now put any number I find on the internet associated with Kelly Printing Supplies along with the number provided above into our Privacy call reject data base. Just Hang up when Kelly Printing Supplies call.s

Kate from Kelly Printing supplies called from 855.229-5561. After asking what kind of printers we used she did not give pricing for comparison but rather hung up saying they'd call back with pricing and no way to respond to her.

Will have to block all listed Kelly Printing supplies phone numbers through our company voice Privacy rules.

It appears this was either a first contact for scam callers in the future or at the very least the most unprofessional sales call I've had in 31 years.

I ordered a lazer printer cartridge after being "guarantee" that I would get twice as many copies from their cartridge. I was told I could try it for 30 days and if I wasn't satisfied, I would not have to pay for it. At day 28, the cartridge stopped with less than the copies we had been getting and the phone calls started. I was told the invoice was past due because it hadn't been paid within the 30 days. I told them it was not as represented and they responded they will gladly send another cartridge at no charge - Once I pay for the first one!!! DON'T THINK SO. Their products are inferior and the staff are all rude and liars. Certainly not a professional or credible business. I have filed a complaint with BBB. BEWARE - should have checked them out before I agreed to try their product.
