I Krishnaveni Naidoo did submit my uif claim forms in May 2015. I was given a date in June to come in and start signing. When I attended to sign the lady assisting me says that she is submitting in the forms and I should wait for an sms and then I should come back. Today the 27 august I called the department and spoke to Sandile who says that my claim was cancelled because I did not submit my decree of divorce. I am disappointed as I did take along all my particulars and they failed to submit it. I also did not receive and sms of the claim being declined to this very day. Aside from standing in the cold and being directed to various wrong queues, the systems are always down. It is a tideous effort just to get right assistance from kempton park department of labour. Please help?
