In October, 2017, I bought a Kenmore Elite Refrigerator Bottom Freezer at Sears and by October, 2020, it went bad and did not get service until Tuesday of the next week. The technician who came told me that the brands were bad and he would not fix them because it would cost me too much and he quoted $1,000.00 and his advise was for me to get me a new Refrigerator. Mark you, when I bought the Refrigerator I paid $3,800.00 for it. By Saturday all my food was spoilt despite trying to save them. I had hundreds of dollars of food in the freezer because I buy in bulk at Sams Store. I bought Kenmore Elite because I was told, they were good, reliable and durable. I am disappointed and mad because I was deceived. In the end, I will not get any satisfaction and I am the looser. This manufacturer needs to be put out of business for making such bad appliance and have them on the market.
