I bought my Kenmore elite in 2017 one year to the day the compressor failed. I contacted the company and they said they would come out and look to see what the problem was and it was the compressor. So now they have you for $90 to let you know you need a new compressor so he told me the compressor was under warranty but the labor is not so it would be $500.
So not being able to spend another $3000 on a new refrigerator I needed to get it done. Which brings us to last week when the compressor failed again so now its a second round of food I lost and spending another $3000 on a new refrigerator. How can LG have a class action lawsuit and we are not involved in it?
