Bought a Kennore elite refrigerator from Sears 3 years ago.
Stopped working , called Sears , repair man came and informed us that
“this refrigerator has constant repairs and we should get rid of it
, don’t put any money into it “
He informed us its the compressor and will cost $ 500 to replace and install.
We where appalled but had no choice , hot hot summer in Florida , freezer stocked
and leaving for vacation the next day..
$2300 refrigerator , $500 for a new compressor , 3 years old and Repair man from Sears
tells us there are class action suits in progress and he has many alerts about
multiple problems with this refrigerator.
How can I find out about any class action suits.
Sears does not respond to calls . It appears mot problems start after 2-3 years .
