Hearing the same complaints wherever I turn. Purchased a Sears Kenmore Elite/LG 3 door 795 refrigerator in 2015 and had several minor service calls under warranty. Then in 2019 the compressor failed and took 2 weeks and two service visits, one to diagnose and one to wait for parts. The very next day, an error code showed the fan not working. Called service back and have to wait another week for another service appointment. After three technicians telling us of consistent problems with sears/lg refrigerators and then looking online at all the complaints and problems. I’ll gladly join any and every class action lawsuit to at least replace my 2300 dollar kitchen art with a functioning long lasting refrigerator and lost food.
