Can’t get it repaired with out using sears and Kenmore Tecnicans. This is akin to having health insurance company tell me I can only see their doctors. Or auto insurance company saying after a reck you have to use their repair shop and accept and take their word for it. I’m not sure this is pretty close to racketeering. After a long conversation with the schedule and company of the repair people who said they couldn’t do anything for me financially they finally discounted whole repairs and service calls by 20% . I still don’t believe that they will show up and not overcharge me 1/3 of the cost of the refrigerator that’s now in my garage where I used to park.my car . I work hard to live in the first world and these are for screen problems this is why Sears 120 years later is finally being absorb. Don’t buy Sears Kenmore elite/LG products. I buy a lot of kitchen appliances from work always through Sears and I will never do it again they’re about to lose $25-$45,000 a year in sales .
