My Elite washer was purchased in 2013 and at first, I loved it! But then after only a year, I noticed that the metal painted white, around the bleach container, was rusting. I knew it was from the bleach splash during pouring, but how ridiculous the Mfg. didn't protect the area better.

Then in the 3rd year, I noticed the clothes weren't getting clean unless I put every wash in Heavy Soil mode.

Now, in March 2018, the washer won't clean on any setting, just wets the clothes and then makes the terribly, high-pitched whining sound when in Wash cycle. Sounds like my clothes aree being tortured, but the come out just damp and still very dirty! So frustrated as my prior washer was a much less expensive brand, yet cleaned and lasted much longer.
