I purchased a Kenmore HE washer about 4 years ago. I have MS and have been ill so haven't been up to dealing with this much. Nevertheless, after about 1 1/2 years the bleach dispensor started rusting out on my he washer. My warranty went out after one year. At first it was suttle, but now at about 4 years it's become aggressively worse! This is terrible! I've always taken great care to wipe off any bleach from around my dispensor before closing the lid and after the washer is complete I always leave the lid open and dry off excess water from it with a towel I keep nearby. I looked online and seen I'm not the only person with this problem! It should've been recalled not placed on the shoulders of the owner to replace! There's a problem with the paint around this area. Please advise me as what I can do or if there is a place to issue a demand for recall on this product. Thank you.
