Purchased Kenmore side by side refrigerator 2 1/2 years ago and was confident that this brand Kenmore was a vetted and quality controlled. Not so. Noticed signs of rust after 1 year but they were small, however, time and rust wait for no man and the attached photos will verify the destruction. It is clear that the insulation was of a low quality grade and not sufficient.

I need restitution for the poor workmanship that Sears put into this product. This was not a cheap refrigerator, however, the insulation was and I paid for this. M Freund

Bought Kenmore side by side refrigerator 3 years ago and after about a year noticed small signs of rust which have now escalated as you will see in attached photos. Poor insulation is the culprit which Sears clearly shows did no Quality Control and skimped with the consumer buying what they thought was a well vetted product. However, when one cuts corners (Sears), the result is time exposes it. Need restitution for this. Awaiting your reply.
