refund

I placed an online order for item, was immediately charged for item. I did not pick up but cancelled via online and after several days of "pending cancellation" called to speak with a representative. Told cancellation and refund would be escalated. After 10 days no refund and now order says "picked up". I DID NOT PICK UP!!!!

So SEARS has stolen my MONEY and TIME!
