I was totally scamed out of 1990 for a SMART lead system after trying to cancel and reocer my money the website was down but no leads and no refund total scam artist! Contacting lawyer.

Every client has an opportunity to review our Terms and Conditions of the software PRIOR to completing their order. Each customer must CHECK the box prior to completing the order. In the Terms and Conditions, it clearly states the download limits per month and the refund policy, among other things. Any customer that indeed follows this process is in turn, bound by these conditions of use (just like every other software in the world, Facebook, Google, Apple, Amazon, etc).

Our software for creating all of our lists is proprietary in nature and we have invested millions of dollars in our intellectual property. In no way, is our data “crowd sourced” - which is what your comment implies.

What a RIPOFF! Find Motivated Sellers is a scam. The video says you get up to 12,000 downloads and an unconditional money back guarantee all for $97 a month. NOT you have to pay almost $1000 to get the 12k downloads and if you download at all, you lose money download more than 750....you get NO MONEY BACK! The video that plays, says NOTHING, not 1 damn word about the limits or how they plan to screw you with the download limits, nothing about the unconditional money back guarantee not being unconditional. In regards to this anonymous complaint, we have reviewed and researched EVERY sale that we have made in the month of November and haven't found a single complaint or issue come through our customer support service relating to any sales made in the month of November, so therefore it is very difficult to even respond here.

We have a highly talented and respected coaching staff that are all ACTIVE investors and are arguably the best in the business.

Does this mean there could still not have been personality differences or something similar?

Of course not.

Last year in November, I happened to see the Kent Clothier video from you tube. I was impressed with the way he presented the material. The man is very charismatic, an intelligent person, and a good salesman. He is very convincing. The next day, Johnny Gutierrez from Kent Clothier Company, who called himself a director called me and told me how much money I can make quickly, and how easy it is to learn from his company proven system.
