Three cakes were ordered for Christmas to three different houses within 5-8Km from Kottayam town.
Two of the three orderes were not delivered.
Upon complaints, customer service simply showed the receipt of the one delivered order and states that they are closing the complaint.

Very bad, Cheating and money looting company.
They will show as item delivered, but actually they will not be delivered.
This is in mine practical experience and they will not refund the money also. Mine order no was HKFG-15022019654216 .

This people are real cheaters. I have asked for a delivery of birthday cake and at night 9:30PM they sent an email saying that they are not able to deliver the cake. I have contacted them well before and they asked me to wait till 8:30PM.

They should show some courtesy to inform customers if they cant deliver the product at least before evening so that we can make some other arrangements.

For me, they are cheaters, cheaters, cheaters and lot more!!!

I had ordered birthday cake on my mother's birthday. It was not delivered and later I noticed that on the date of delivery afternoon one mail from the company asking for extra double amount. Even if I pay the amount they cannot deliver it on the same day and may be delivered on the next day which is of no use for me.
They were not bothered to intimate it before. If it was informed before I could have ordered it somewhere else. Even though my mobile number was registered they were not bothered even to give a call or a message in the mobile.

Worst service

I have placed an order for a Mee Mee tri cycle and Birthday card to be delivered to coimbatore online thru keralaflowersgifts.com on the 01st Feb 2014,neither was the product not delivered but thet totally neglect the fact it was not delivered.they have a customer service ,when you call you get the message by the end stating it will be delivered.i have been looted of Rs 5000/- which was a payment i made online for the delivery of the above stated product.

If any one can help in lodging a compaint and stop this website from looting more people ,i will be obliged.
