Keranique hair products are not suitable for African American women's hair. Then you get harassed for payment when you try to return for refund.

I recently purchased Keranique Hair growth products. All I had to pay was sing and hand,I got which was minimal amount. I noticed a month later on my bank account that additional products were going to be sent with an additional charge. I called customer to stop all future orders and was told that I would have to pay an additional $60.00 for the processing fee. This company is a total scam. I want to be reimbursed all monies that I sent to this company.

This company needs to be checked out by the BBB. If I don't receive any results soon, I am contacting the BBB and also legal support!!!!!

I finally gave in an bought this product with hopes it will help thicken my hair. I immediately realized my hair falling into my hands after my first use. The pamphlet said it will happen to get rid of bad hair. So I used the product a second time, but after my third time I had to immediately stop using Keranique. I lost so much hair only after using three times. I returned everything immediately. I thought that was the end of my hair loss. Only I am still loosing my hair and its so depressing seeing my hair just falling into my hands. Rip off.....Wen works just as well and cheaper. I tried Keranique. First of all I did notice a burning itching sensation with the product, and the only thing this product did is make my hair thicker, as I can do with hair spray, no new hair growth. What makes me mad is I called to cancel and I have already been charged 79.95 and the man said I still owe another $79.95. that I received a 2 month supply. I received the order 11/08/2016. It is 12/15/2016 and my shampoo and conditioner bottles are empty and I only put a quarter size amount of shampoo in my hand. He said it says on my statement that it says a two month supply. No where on my statement does it say two months. So I just paid $159.90 for a 1 month 1 week supply. That is ridiculous.

I used this product for five days I stated to. Break out and pimples all around my head also all around both ears I have pimples this is after using Keranique for 5 days I wash my hair with my regular shampoo to get the mess out of my scalp and I just have a pimply scslp now.

I've just dealt with a liar named Roberta. She told me that she refunded everything to me and I owe $0.00. I looked at my account and she only refunded half! I called to talk to her and she kept back peddling saying I owe for a shipment in December. I asked for a supervisor or manager and she said they don't have one...another lie. I'm definitely not dealing with this company any longer! The only thing they got going for them in their customer service is that they can speak English! Everything else is a bunch of lies and thievery!

I fell for the TV scam, the first and last. Responded to the offer to send a "free" sample and fooolishly gave my bank info to pay postage. :HAH! The woman I talked to kept trying to get me to accept the other products on approval, which I consistently refused. They were sent anyway and didn't know about the trial period and just gave them away, since I didn't want them. I then discovered I had been charged $86 and another $35 for the products. I complained about this, to no avail of course, and now I just received another package from that I'll have to send back. Is there anything that can be done about this? I'm Del at [email protected].

Wow..im glad i came on this site before ordering the product...It's a shame what these ppl are doing...I read there policy and practically my understanding is they want all types of information from you..and on top of that they want to know your every move you make so they can tell their contacts(third parties) what you need and send it you automatically...since they have the credit card on file they just charge it...without having to let you know becuase that's on their policy...this sounds like a scam and has MAFIA written all over it...

I love the product. It's the best product on the market for hair regrowth. Not sure what all these people are talking about. I have been using it for over 6 months and it really works. I have fuller and my hair has regrown in sopts that were really thinning. I think this site is filled with bogus compaints.Just saying folks... I LOVE THIS PRODUCT...

It's a bit naive to think that a company is going to just give you a full set of products for $7.95. You have to read the fine print which most people don't take the time to do and then bitch about it later.
