I have purchased ETS ticket via KTMB Website. The bank transaction to buy ETS ticket was successful.

I was charged by the bank but there were no any tickets/reference ID/history on your user report.

No choice but I have to repurchase another ticket. In this regard, I would like to seek for full refund.

Good day to you. I would like to complaint about the Ladies Coach Facility which has been provided by KTM komuter service. It is being used by mens and many complaints has been made. Recently , a post about a male tourist who refused to moved to normal coach, and behave inappropriately went viral. KTMB is not taking any proper action on this kind of issue. Myself made few complaints and yes, the driver of train announced about the rules in ladies coach each time when I call the KTM customer service. But there is no permanent solution for this. I hope KTM can come out with any penalty amount or any other better rules to overcome this issue. We want a comfortable journey. I hope actions will be taken based on my complaint! Thank you.

Please and please improve your call centre services, i try to call since 22/9/16 until now 26/9/16... operator answer asking to wait but then the line cut... try so many time still the same.

Then Call Branch KL Sentral, ask to pass to I Card department but still the same, nobody pickup after 6 trial..

Please and please KTMB, Improve also your Website... not friendly user at all..
