I have booked a ticket on 05/10/2014 from Vijayawada to Chennai through online and then I cancelled the ticket immediately because of the waiting list. But the amount still not refund yet. below are the ticket details, please help to check the refund status,

I already made the complaint on 10/10/2014, but there was no action taken so far. the complaint number is 45234
I also spoke with Aman (through Help line) on 28/10/2014 and then he mentioned that I will get the refund within two days. But it was not happened. After that i called help line many times, still no action taken. I lost my money.

I suggest not to travel with Kesineni... they will suck your money.
