So, I applied for an Unsecured Personal loan with Key Bank on 10/4/2018. On 10/17/18 I received a letter saying I needed to verify my Identity due to the Fraud alert so I called and was given a Fax # to send a copy of my State D.L, SSN card and my Renters Insurance and I faxed it. On 10/27/18 I had not heard anything back so I called again, they said they need to confirm my Identity and was given a Fax number to send it to again and I did that and they received that. So today I get a letter in the mail that says we are sorry but you were denied due to: Unable to verify Identity??what??? so I called again and was told were sorry but these Applications are only good for 30 days and if I wanted to re Aplly I could but it would be another hard pull on my credit. Why should I you have not received the information after it was sent two times and I can verify you received it. I am taking my Business elsewhere. It hurts me because I really like Key bank.
