My accounts have been closed for weeks and had a 0 balance. Now they used false information to pretend that I owe them $368. Meanwhile, the businesses that still have a reason to exchange money with me, can tell the truth about them, if they tell lies about me!

Unfortunately for me I DID NOT request to do any business with Key Bank but they purchased First Niagara and my car loan ugh. I don't even know where to start with this mess they have put me in but I am filing every complaint and lawsuit I can against Key Bank for the mess they have put my account into because of someone's stupidity at Key Bank...

With First Niagara my note was taken out on the 28th of each month no problems no delays. After the purchase of First Niagara by Key Bank nothing but problems mind you they said no changes (First Niagara) and we never received any paper work from Key Bank telling us of any changes at all not a good policy, anyways we thought the note would continue to be taken out automatically on the 28th it never has been for the past couple of years...Sometimes on the 30th or the 1st or whenever they feel like it...BAD BUSINESS...Anyways, I am off on disability I called Key Bank on 6/21/2018 and spoke with Customer Service ( they say they record all calls but how funny mine they can't find any record of but fortunately I DO) and spoke with this person and explained that I need to find out how to stop the automatic payment to come out for June because I haven't received any disability payment yet and I won't have enough to pay the note for this month so the person was so helpful (saracastic) and said you have to talk with the loan dept and sent me there I explained it all again and stated it comes out automatically obviously these idiots don't know what that means so he said I will see if you qualify for an extension WTF I asked for 1 month it was like pulling teeth to get it and yet being approved for that means absolutely nothing as my bank calls and says they (Key Bank) is trying to put through the car note WTF ARE YOU KIDDING ME !!!! I had to sign my life away to get an extension and you're still putting my note through even though you said you wouldn't WTF kind of business is this...Needless to say my account bounced like a rubber ball ugh what a mess I call these ass's at Key Bank and he's like well I didn't know it was automatic say what WTF do you think Automatic means??? And you're the one approving this?? How can you not know this??? How can you tell me you don't have access to that information and not know this??? Seriously!!! Well this is also being filed with NYS ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE AND WITH THE FDIC AND ALL OTHER AGENCIES...I want Key Bank to reimburse me for all the fee's they encountered on my account and an apology...I can't wait to be able to pay off this loan and not have to deal with this bank again...

I had a student loan through Key Bank for schooling. After my schooling was finished I started to make repayments to them. After several years they sold my loan to Great Lakes. We changed our banks where they were receiving automated payments from but in the mean time of opening a new account with another bank we made payments through check until we got them automated again. Key Bank continuously calls my wife, my parents and myself 2-5 times a day saying I have a overdue balance. We have all receipts to confirm that we do not. Why does Key Bank have their hands in this? No one not even Great Lakes can explain this. They are destroying my credit with delinquencies. My wife and myself have called numerous times to try an resolve this issue. We always get passed off to a (Nathaniel Smith) who works out of the Cleveland Ohio Branch. His response is that this should of been corrected months ago, give me like an hour and ill call you back. This is 10 times now that he has done this with no response or call back. I don't know what to do to have this corrected any help would be greatly appreciated.

Key Bank harasses me 3-5x a day on both my work phone and my cell phone. All different numbers. I told them I am closing the account and to stop calling and harassing me. To top it off they all have foreign accents. I WILL NEVER BANK WITH KEY AGAIN.
