I'm writing here because i felt upset with your services at one of your outlet.

Last night i went to KFC Aeon Taman Universiti, Johor at 8.30pm. I requested for 2 sets of dinner plate for take away. Unfortunately they make me waiting for almost 10 minutes just only for the spicy chicken. They should make me made the payment first before ask me to wait instead of make me waiting at the counter just for the spicy chicken. At the time there were lots of customer waiting for the queues.

Secondly, they didn't informed me that they out of coleslaw and replaced it with mash potatoes. I just realize that when i already reached home.

Thirdly, they didn't gave me sauces, tissues and spoons. How should i eat that without ant sauces????

I'm not going to blame the cashier since he was under training. The management should supervised the cashier cause he still new.

I hope you top management should be aware of this thing and to make sure not to be happened again in future.
