We have waiting more than 40 minutes just only to get two drinks and 1 ice cream in kfc ayer keroh. I have asked the staff for several time and they only mentioned still havent prepared but the system already stated ready to pick up. Until my husbnd need to ask for the last time and one of the staff from outside counter came in and help to get the drinks. They served and treated customer so bad until i thinks this will be my last time to dine in in kfc.
