I was rushing for a appointment, Went this this outlet and ordered a meal.They said I have to wait, I've asked them clearly how long since I don't want to be wait for my meeting.They told me it will take 5 minutes.I said ok and took the sprite which comes with my initial order.Waited for 10 minutes and the food is still not ready.I went and ask the counter person and she said another 9 minutes.I got angry and asked why they said 5 minutes and now have to wait for another9 minutes.She was rude and answered it is 15 minutes.I told them to cancel my order and refund my money which they did.But the manager even thinking to charge me for the sprite which i never even touch.In the end they gave me the refund.I went and look for feedback form but the cook from the behind was rudely ask me to go off and make complaint.This is poor and bad.
