Good Day

I sent an email on Friday 01/10/2021 about an issue I am having regarding the KFC Brackenfell.

I placed an Order via MrD and when my items arrived it was short items and the food was raw.

Since that email KFC responded to my complaint by first offering me a meal valued at about R70 not the R500 I spent and when I informed them I was not happy with this they said "I the customer" must contact MrD and resolve this problem.

I am totally disgusted with the "UNPROFESSIONALISM" from KFC and I am now officially logging a complaint against KFC regarding this issue

I placed an on-line order through Mr Delivery for Kentucky Fried Chicken in Brackenfell on Old Paarl Road 01/10/2021 - Order DFD77568677

This order was short the Zinger Burger, the coleslaw mas missing and the chicken was raw.

This is not the first time I have had an issue with this branch and I really think that someone needs to action this problem as it seems to be an ongoing problem.

Im really disgusted that the manager can allow such bad quality food to leave the establishment.

I have wasted good money on bad quality food and service.
