We ordered a nine piece bucket from KFC Brixton yesterday; the chicken was extremely fatty, tasted broiled and had a very strong after taste. It appears as though the chicken wasn't cleaned before crumbing. It's like just dumping the poorly prepared chicken straight into the fryer. We've been eating KFC from the time it was introduced into SA and unfortunately, it has become progressively unappetising to say the least. Even the skin on the chicken is too fatty to consume. I'm not sure why the quality of the chicken and the taste has changed so drastically compared to previous years or if any other customers feel the same about your product. Due to hectic work schedules and time constraints, we are forced to purchase these fast foods and this is the fourth time that we have been extremely disappointed in KFC. From the nine pieces, only four pieces were reluctantly consumed (we are a family of six), and the balance is still in the bucket, stored in the fridge. Not to mention, in a nine piece bucket, we get two wings, this is daylight robbery. As you know, wings don't have much meat on them so it's not value for money. If we want wings, we can order these as a separate order.

We don't know what to do with the balance of the meal, should we return it to the branch? Please advise.

KFC brixton is the worst kfc I've ever been to.
Their oreo krushers are always sour due to the milk gone off and they still serve them to customers. Where are the owners to see what the workers are doing ?
The service is terrible and the waiting time is bad even though there's so many workers.
They can never follow instructions to make a zinger boxmaster and always put the wrong sauce inside.
Needs to be shut down as they are a disgrace to the franchise.
