On 2022/08/30 we placed an online order for collection and made payment via the website just so I could save time as I needed to rush into a very important business meeting and only had 30 minutes of my lunch break to quickly have a bite to eat and rush to take care of my work commitments.

Knowing how important it was we also called 3times to confirm that everything was successful and that my order was ready for collection which was confirmed by the store manager/supervisor.

I ended up waiting more than 35 minutes in the store without assistance or a valid explanation, the staff members decide to go hide at the back of the store while I am waiting for my order that I paid for.

I ended up rushing back to work with an empty stomach, late for my meeting and without my food, I reached out for assistance and demanded feedback from the store owner as to what will be done to rectify this and I am still being given the run around, this entire experience has been nothing but frustrating and also time consuming and costly to me.

I request that I be given a formal apology from the franchise owner for their hand in employing unqualified workers that are rude and useless as well as to understand what corrective measures will be taken so others don't have to go through this process.
