An employee at KFC Colesberg in South Africa tested positive for covid-19 he brought the results to her immediate manager and showed his co-workers on her shift. Unfortunately no action has been taken by management to get her to self Isolation for 10 days, this is reckless endangerment of people's life's and an occupational health and safety hazard. Knowing the Covid 19 health and safety regulation introduced in South Africa the non-action of KFC management in this situation is in direct disregard of what can be deemed law that was has been set for responding to Covid positive employee.

The Co-workers that were in direct contact with the positive colleague need be tested should the present with symptoms with in 5days of exposure and also go under self quarantine

As for the store temporary closure of 4 to 8 hours my be necessary for deep cleaning depending on agents used for such process...

KFC Colesberg needs to act with the utmost haste with the necessary discretion to resolve the above mentioned issue, failure to do so will lead to escalation to relevant authorities
