Poor Service Given by Your Staff at Ipoh Garden branch
To the branch incharge of KFC ipoh garden,
I'm here to complain regarding on ur staff service given to me during my purchase at Ipoh garden, attend by one Malay female staff. She took my order earlier than one Chinese customer after me and also other people's.
She make me to wait longer even my order was 1st before the Chinese lady. After I ask her is that late for my turn then she just ignored for my question and then one Malay male staff was preparing my order, I don't know what is your staff problem here until they not even give me the pack off tissue and the spoon. So how could your staff expect the customer to eat by using ✋.I bought it to visit a patient so this how ur service will be? I'm really not satisfied with your staff service and I'm paying for my food. Pls do educate your staff and provide more training to handle the customers.

Pada 29.11.2019..suami sya telah beli dinner plate rm 15 caisher cakap ayam original je bleh yg offer rm 15 ..tpi ade kawan sya beli 3 box yg rm15 bleh dpt spicy..rm 15 pun duit jgk bukn murh sngt pun sptut nye kmi. Custemer dpt la memilih tapi pekerja kfc plak menipu mcm nii klau mmng tak nak bgi ayam tu knpe tak tulis dkat offer..spicy tak de..ni mungkin last sy jdi custemer kfc sbb sebelum ni pun pekerja kfc pernah kurang ajar semasa saya ingin menukar ayam..

Makanan bungkus zinger burger curi makan oleh perkerja KFC
Hari ini 28/10/2019 saya di IPOH KINTA CITY membeli KFC SUPER JIMAT BOX. TAKE AWAY! Apabila saya membuka makanan dapati ada orang pernah makan(ada orang gigit). Saya tidak puas hati dengan perkerja di sana yang malas dan banyak cakap benda yang bukan2. Sedangkan saya tunggu lama, perkerja di sana tak ada manner terus cakap lapar sangat ke, buat saya sangat marah!! TOLONG TAKE ACTION!!!

Saya sudah hilang selera terhadap ayam goreng KFC ... Sebelum ini isi ayamnya terasa fresh dr ladang tapi sekarang dah macam ubi rebus seperti telah direbus sebelum digoreng ..
Kalau tak kembali kepada rasanya yg asli .. BYE2 KFC. Orang sekeliling saya pun sependapat dgn saya ...
Jika puluhan tahun produk telah diterima dgn baik dan sudah sebati dgn pelanggan, untuk apa diubah?

Saya ingin membuat aduan berkaitan makanan yang dipesan tadi...Kejadian berlaku di KFC Giant Senawang di mana salah satu snack box tidak diletakkan cheesy wedges, dan kami telah memesan ayam bahagian tight 2, rib 1... tetapi kami dapat wing 1, tight 2.. minta staff berkenaan sila pantau semasa staff membungkus ape yang pelanggan pesan.. staff sila jangan buat muka pada pelanggan...

smlm ad singgah kfc dkt kcm..(22/8/19) the only kfc yg ad dkt dlm kcm tu..sye nak ckp sikit mengenai staff yg tk beradab dgn customer..mse ambil order tu tkde org sgt kt kfc .. so kfc mcm sepi lah sikit ,.. yg sye tk puas hati staff yg ambilkan order tu boleh mengajim .. mula2 sye igtkn gurauan ..saya boleh terima lagi ..tpi dh lme smkin menjadi !! muka saya terus berubah ..rse nak cancel order pon ada !! dia ambil order acuh tak acuh .. masa nak melangkah keluar dri kfc dia smpt lgi ckp .. Delivery Servis Paling Teruk
Delivery sangat teruk. Janji 60 minit, tapi makanan hanya sampai selepas 2 jam. Saya dapat maafkan bungkus makanan yang koyak, plastic mash potato yang pecah dan kotak burger yang kemek, tapi paling tak puas hati makanan sampai dah sejuk. Pelanggan dah la berlapar makanan tak sampai-sampai, bila terima dalam keadaan tu sangat menyakitkan hati. KFC johor baharu, please improve.

Ambil Order macam mau mara
Saya nak Order makan kfc di shopping mall Pacific butterworth pada 31/12/18 jam lebih kurang 1pm.tapi sebap kan cara layanan yg sangat kurang ajar saya tak jadi makan dengan keluarga saya.saya sangat mara tidak berpuasa hati.apa saya mampu cakap good bye kfc and mecdonal jadi pilihan lepas ni.saya Serta kan picture untuk bukti.staf perempuan seperti dalam picture ada la sikap yg membuat saya tak kan datang sampai bila2 ke kfc lagi.

wrong sense worker
Hai I am Abdul wahid, i am residing in singapore. I came to malaysia for a tour and i am moving to India as my next travel. I am staying at Ampang place. I came to your shop on 17.11.2017,shop location KFC Jalan Wawasan 2/3, Bandar Baru Ampang, 68000 Selangor, I came with my wife and my daughter.. my daughter age is 16. On your shop one of the workers saw my daughter in wrong sense that i noticed. If sees my daughter as normal thats ok but his sight is not in good sense... and looking at my daughter for a long and number of times. He is called my daughter using some different sounds, This kind of persons, making the tourists to be get irritated and to make them feel unhappy. Dont placement the young age persons at this place and never make others feel, its all in the hand of the shop owners. all the younge people's not doing like this, It's happen front of the shop, he is wearing KFC uniform That time i notedown The worker name. The worker name is " Fadzil ". Appearance of the worker short and black, Never make placement of this young age person to make to other also feel and make unhappy. I am posting this information, as a father i am really feeling for this. Please take some action on this... feel as a father while taking this action. And please share the action that you taken on him (the worker) to my mail. if you not take action against him i write the mail to KFC headquarters, my mobile number not reached Because i am travelling abroad.

no spoon
QSR stores Lvl 12 tower 1 < Vsquare@pj City Centre Jalan Utara 46200 Petaling Jaya Selangor Darul Ehsan.
I'm a resident that lived in the area for years, and each time I went to get a snack plate I didn't get the spoon for my coleslaw and mashed potato. how am I going to eat if I'm at the workplace? it's always like this.Each and every time I went there they didn't give me any spoons.
now I have to report this.

Warning me don't oder online
Today I'm just oder kfc online at website..in few minutes I'm received call from kfc and let me know
my area not cover for delivery...than I'm said how come like this last week Friday I'm just oder and they deliver to me..and how come u not cover in u website is undercover...I'm already paid use card .
Than I'm call the customer service to complain after that I'm received call from different numbers..and they said the rider is on the way.
After I'm received the kfc the rider told me
"My leader store said this is last for u oder online and we will not deliver to u anymore pls don't oder again" after im said okey and directly call customer service to complain immediately about this. Kfc now is too bad...in future better they closed down all branches.

KFC SELAYANG BARU
HI..saya bertahun2 makan d KFC SELAYANG BARU, tp masalah saya berdepan dengan tong sos di tingkat atas KFC selayang yg berdektan dengan Stadium MPS ni sangat2 mengecewakan.samada KFC Malaysia tak cukup bekalan sos pada cawangan ini atau staffnya yg malas nak refill tong sos tersebut. dengan masalah seorng staff auntie india yg suka menjerit marahkan pelanggan yg cuba menekan tong cili sos tu buat saya sakit hati..seboleh2 dia marah kami yg cuba utk mengeluarkan sos, tp sering di marah oleh staff di sana terutama auntie india tu , dia cakap "kalau nak bagi tau lah!!!! " dengan nada menjerit..bila dia bukak tong sos itu, OMG memang sosnya tiada,seboleh2 dia tak mau refill sos yg dah nak habis tu,punyalah kedekutttt..ada 1 day saya berbuka puasa di sana pada tahun Bulan Puasa 2017 , sy melihat auntie india tu marah pada 1 customer ni sbb bdk tu tertumpahkan air, dia punya mengamuk sampai bdk tu tak jadi berbuka puasa di sana dan terus balik keluar dr KFC sbb di marahi oleh pekerja KFC di sini..saya melihat je sbb tak daya nak marah sbb sy sedang dokong ank yg berusia baru 2 bulan,niat saya nak bawa ank2 sy berbuka puasa di sana jadi tak best, sbb bdk2 melihat aksi BODOH staff auntie tu yg banyak kali buat perangai di sana, di samping ayam KFC di sini tak tau kenapa kecik???? semua perasan, tak mcm KFC di cawangan lain.

Today i had having my lunch at Kuala Lumpur TBS's KFC
With two of my friends. I was ordered a set with one piece chicken. The drumstick was really disappointed me!!! The drumstick was the most smaller drumstick I found from all the KFC. It look like the drumstick had eaten by someone before!!! It was the first time I feel disappointed about the KFC food. I hope the related branch will take action about the matter. TQ.

Pengemis di dalam premis KFC
Saya dan anak perempuan berusia 5 tahun ke kfc seksyen 6, Kota Damansara pada jam 6petang hari ini.keadaan tidak berapa sibuk dan pelayan di kaunter kfc bertugas dengan mesra seperti biasa.saya bercadang duduk di satu sudut yang dekat dengan kawasan permainan kerana bercadang untuk bagi anak main selepas habis makan.sedang kami berdua baru nak menyuap makanan, datang seorang pengemis minta makanan dari saya dan anak.sebagai wanita, saya rasa kurang selesa apabila pengemis itu cuba datang dekat untuk mengambil makanan di meja saya, lalu memanggil pelayan kfc bertugas.Dia cuba menenangkan pengemis lelaki itu yang tiba2 jatuh ke lantai memprotes.Saya berasa tidak selesa lalu meminta makanan dibungkus untuk dibawa pulang.Minta pihak KFC meyiasat dan memastikan situasi yang sama tidak berulang demi keselesaan pelanggan dan kesinambungan perniagaan KFC kelak.

waktu opening
hari ini(1.8.2018)pada pukul 10.45,apabila saya bersama kawan2 saya nak masuk KFC,mereka(staff) kata mereka belum buka lagi sedangkan dalam waktu urusniaga tertera buka at 10.30.kami amat kecewa dengan statement itu.sebab,sebelum ini kita ada pergi kfc Rishah,mereka akan open tepat pada masanya.Then,apa masalah dengan kfc Tambun

Harga normal pada waktu promosi
Saya ingin buat aduan berkenaan harga pada waktu promosi (Lunch Treats)
Saya membuat pembelian Snack Plate pada jam 12:03 pm di KFC Seksyen 7, Shah Alam. Sepatutnya pada waktu promosi harga yang terpapar di menu adalah RM 12.50. Tetapi saya dicaj sebanyak RM13.70. Alasan yang diberikan oleh penjaga kaunter, masa pada system tidak sama dengan masa pada jam di KFC tersebut. (Dalam sistem masa cepat 5 minit)
Persoalan :
1) Tidakkah harga pada waktu promosi adalah merujuk kepada waktu dalam sistem KFC? (Waktu dalam sistem sepatutnya selaras di setiap premis KFC)
2) Bagaimana KFC tersebut menentukan waktu dalam sistem adalah salah, sedangkan jam saya turut menunjukkan waktu yang sama dengan sistem KFC?
3) Saya menuntut untuk batalkan pesanan & membuat pesanan semula selepas 5 minit (waktu promosi mengikut jam di premis berkenaan) tetapi tidak dibenarkan dengan alasan pesanan tersebut tak dapat dibatalkan.

LAYANAN TIDAK MEMUASKAN
Today i went to KFC BANDAR PUNCAK ALAM, SELANGOR with my husvand for dinner. I reach there around 10.00pm. There was a long q. I m waited for 20 minutes...when my turn for order....they told me that only left drumstick chicken n no more chicken to Cook.
I very disappointed with their answer...KFC was a Francis company....How could they told like that....
If really don't have chicken, they should inform custemer who wait long time....i m really disappointed after wait long time....
I want feedback from KFC management.....

Working hours
As the fasting month is now in full swing around the world, my family and I decided to dine in at the KFC restaurant around my area (which is a second branch recently opened) after the fast had ended for the day only to be rebuffed at the entrance saying that all the staff needed to have a break after their fast and no one would serve me. This itself is already ludicrous of a concept to even consider yet alone implemented as a restaurant during operating hours should have a minimum amount of workers serving at all times (forsaking the time needed for breaks which can be done in rotation and workers on their day off. As a restaurant still in the confines of operating hours, they should have at least bother to make an effort to accommodate their customers and work in rotation among the staff.Speaking logically, would they have to chase off paying customers everyday by telling them : Sorry man, we all had a day of fasting so now we need a break from serving you guys. I myself am a Muslim to begin with and I don't skip a day of work just because I fast. By the way, this happened in Kota Kemuning, Malaysia just for basic info.
Long story short : My family and I went in to KFC to dine in a few minutes after fasting time but were rebuffed by the staff saying they needed a break from us.
