Wrong Order

I don't know why they keep giving me wrong order. Last month I ordered 3 sets of crispy tender chicken, they gave me only 2 sets. And I just saw it when I got home. Today I ordered regular size mashed potato, they gave me large. Which was good. Just don't understand why this always happen to me and my friends.
