on 11/3/2019 i angela hernandez asked my manager Angela White can i get a break so i can take my insulin and high blood pressure meds and was refused so i told her i gotta get my meds she kept saying if you dont wanna work tha dont come. i than staed im getting sick as i was going to my car i felt light headed passed out twice in my car she never came to check and make sure i was ok or called for help when people advised her i was sick. she also attemptecd to hinder other people from rendering aide as a result i was taken to the hospital witha bp 230/199 and gbs 500 all this could have been avoided if i was given the time to take my break i can be contacted @8032205182
