Slow service
KFC Cyberjaya recently moved to new outlet, bigger with new ordering system (similar as mcD). During lunch hour it usually packs. Sometimes there are insufficient number of crew during peak hours. They are taking orders and they are also the one who prepares it. Due to this, there's usually long queues and customers have to wait almost 30 minutes before their turn. Even when the crews turned up, they are seem unfamiliar with the food station and also taking time reading the orders. The chickens too oily, the coleslaw dry and tasteless. The slow service is the most apparent and crucial issue hapoens in KFC Cyberjaya ever since they start operates in Cyberjaya. Please have your crew trained well and improve quality of your servings.
