Customer Service, COld Fries

Went to KFC - iCity Shah Alam outlet.
No customer in line, so ordered Loaded Potato Bowl and Small Fries.
Overheard the kitchen staff saying - 'Toilet Bowl ready.. ' or sumtin like that - but Toilet Bowl was definitely the word.
Counter staffs then laughed about it, then handed me the food.
It was just UNPROFESSIONAL to be making fun of the food that you serve, that your customer will be consuming.

When I wanted to eat, the fries was straight up COLD.. it was just not eatable.I threw it away.

1 - Unprofessional staff
2 - COLD fries.
