My name's Rachel. Kindly allow me to share this feedback in regards to the manner in which your KFC outlet in KLCC had put up a communication message to the customers.
I'm extremely dissapointed with the English language used which had confused many people. Not only that, even the crew members aren't able to communicate well in English not to mention their comprehension level.
In addition, the customer service had also deteriorated quite badly. This is evident by the rise in the number of complaints from the consumers in your forum.
i personally believe that the overall service had dropped way below expectation.
I'm an ardent fan of KFC and am certainly not pleased with this overall deterioration.
I'm a Trainer who specialises in Customer Service and provide courses in Business English for
