Very bad services - kitchen staff playful

Very bad services KFC MARAN-QSR STORES SDN BHD (Store ID: 1010910).
Order- 2 cheezy wedges / 4 salsa roller
Waiting about 30 minutes.
Can see kitchen staffs playful, laughing, talk each other and leave work station. Supervisor there but no action taken.
Staff boleh borak2, bergurau senda.
