This branch is like a zoo. I was ordering the food to be take away but the staff joking around. Find. While I waiting the guy preparing My order I change my mind n wanted to change to.another order but the staff refuse n lying to me that the system unable to change. ( Are u treating me like an idiot) find I keep my earlier order. While preparing...The guy was fooling around with the kitchen staff n keep.me waiting for my order....What in the world is this service....The staff fooling around n keeps the customer waiting? Telling lies , fooling around, disrespect the customer? N the food was over cook n dry. This is the quality that KFC serve to their customers? Is this the training that KFC provide to the staff? Is the manager sleep? How the manager manage the Outlet? This is so disappointed...I will not visit again.
