Late serving wait for more than 15 and attitude of staff very bad

Need to wait for 15 minute only for 6pcs nugget and French fries. When food completed very lose patient to call customer to collect.
The terrible thing is wait for 15 minutes and the food is cold!

staff sangat sombong bila ditanya tidak layan..buat kerja sangatlah tidak ikhlas..pandang pelanggan tiada senyuman..bagi ayam yg lama
