Hi

I visited the Queensmead KFC in UMbilo today 01/03/2021 at about 6.10 pm.
I am from Durban North , so its the first time I went to this KFC,

I waited to place my order for about 15 minutes,
The was only 1 person at the front who was handing out the order and trying to capture new orders,
He did not look like a cashier because he had a greyish overall on.
When I asked him , where the cashier is , his response was that she went to do another job.
It was so annoying , to stand and wait to be served.
When I finally got to place my order, I requested 2 Streetwise remixes, only to be told they don't have wings.

I walked out the store even though my 8 year old son wanted a sundae,
We drove to Broadway KFC which is near our home.

We order 2 streetwise remixes, 2 sundaes and a milk shake.
,We placed and received our order within 15 minutes.

The management needs to look at the Queensmead KFC setup,
