Bad Service and attitude of an Indian lady worker when i made payment to her, very lazy worker

Continuance from above matter, just notice something on the receipt invoice, she put mineral water...i don't even get the mineral water. I just had meal with no drink!

I was about to have breakfast at KFC Raub, the new branch opposite EPF branch . When i ordered a meal the waitress said no breakfast meal and all the meal that they have came with cold beverages. I asked for exchange to hot coffee she said will charge as extra order even if I do not want the cold drink. So I end up eating the full paid meal with beverages except i do not took the drink because who drink cold drink at breakfast?
So this lady waitress said ok charge full payment for the meal with no drink...can you believe that? She said their ststem had not installed with the beverage excjange yet...really?? Didn't KFC a family place...if your parents want a hot drink over a meal you have to pay extra drink really? What are we in the 80's?? Really?? Because i know the cost for having this franchaise like hundred thousands of Ringgit but cannot really spend on your system??
God!! Get some help people...who want to have a breakfast with some carbonated drink?? Really? Should not open this outlet if you not ready...please!!
