unfriendly staff at counter
KFC, please train your staff to have basic courtesy when serving.
Your Malay staff by the name of Farah in kfc bukit merah restpoint, didn't sound friendly when serving us and also there was no 'thank you're at the end of her service. Even when we said thank you, she didn't say anything in return. Why do you hire people like this to work for your restaurant? There wasn't even a queue when we came so I see no point for her bad attitude. But they seem happy to chat and smile at their fellow colleagues but that smile was not extended to the customers.
