Today my wife went to Sg. Pelek KFC outlet around 9.00pm to purchase some food stuff.There was a long queue at the counter and all the staff seems to be playing around chatting and ignoring the customers.My wife managed to reach the counter for ordering at 9.30 pm.The staff who took her order was rude and not giving full attention to the order.Maybe it time to go home for them.If they feel like want to go home or want to do spring cleaning they can close the outlet early.They can always put a sign at the entrance door saying that we are closed for spring cleaning or whatever reason they feel suitable.Don't let the customer's waiting and then inform them that need to wait some more as some of the items(food) are finished.After purchasing the items that was ordered my wife came out from theSg.Pelek KFC outlet at 10.10 pm. Whoever in charge of this please look into this issue as this is very serious matter.Don't keep the customer waiting and try to be rude to the customer.We are going to your outlet because it is open.Please check on this matter as i'm a local person here in Sg. Pelek and so are the rest of the customers.Please respect your customers.Please take this as a serious complaint and try to rectify the problems
