Hi There,

Hope you are well.

I am very, very unhappy with KFC Soneike. This is not the first time that's it happened. If we don't get the wrong food that we have ordered the we wait for like 20min to receive our food and the its like a 1x large mash & gravy and 2x smokey dunked burger meals. Why is it always at KFC Soneike we must always struggle like this. There must something to be done with management. Whenever you contact them then they always like sorry. It cant always be sorry anymore. I've had enough of this now.

What are use going to do about it. Please inform me of whats going to happen otherwise I'll go to social media about it and I don't think this is what use want.
