On 25.4.2017, Im walk in KFC TAMAN CAHAYA MASAI, johor.
1. My 1st impression when i walk in here for take away order. its very dissapointed.. because why? Your staff.. no welcoming us with smile.. but give me some shit of angry face.. what??? Im ur customer right? The name on counter (zati). Your management better watch this girl before other of ur customer dissapear..
2. I order Bucket Berganda C, on promotion with 1.5L pepsi but out of stock and change my order with 3 large cup pepsi. Another reason im very dissapointed.
3. The good is i get my order so fast around 10minutes. That's good.. but still the same ur counter girl no smile and no thanks to me.. still same face. Its so not acceptable..
4. When i back home, i eat the bucket with all my family members.. and the worse part is my brother eat 1 chicken and get 1 hair on ur chicken thight. (Refer attach). That hair already fry with chicken its so disgusting. That you give to ur customer. Its not acceptable.. where the hygiene?
