Okay today i buy 15pcs chicken untuk celebrate birthday my sister . but seriously HAMPEHH giler . sorry sangat , sebab ya i rasa teruk gila dengan ayam terlalu garing nya . ayam tak rasa macam sebelum ni i beli . even i paling last , tapi i bayar kut . my parent's like huh , takyah makan la . 15pcs kut bukan nya 1/2 pcs . kalau ikutkan hati i nak je hantar balik ayam tu huh . please ye , after that even cust last bagi la layanan tiptop , kesian tau . orang keluarkan duit nak makan . tapi dapat macam ni . grrr okey thanks 👍🏻

16/9/21 -8.20pm aku beli ayam set combo yg B punya and ingatkan dia letak sos sudu dengan tisu tu dua set centu rupanya takde letak langsung and paling bengang penutup air tu tak tutup rapat mcm aku dh cuba ketatkan tapi tak tertutup and same goes to my friend habis semua air tu tertumpah dkt ayam dia lepastu takleh makan pon ayam tu sebb basah gila srsly mende basic je takkan la semua tu org nak kata dh nama take away mesti la kene letakkan mende tu semua paling tak logik air takde ais batu🤔 dia kata mmg takde ais ermmm terkejut sis kfc lain isi apa erkk😓

28/10 at 18:47 staff cashier name IMMAN, place order but I want to cancel my order from 2 large cheezy wedges to 1 only, cashier then terus pergi belakang ambil kad untuk void dan tanpa tanya nak apa apa lagi terus total and go prepare the food. I ONLY BOUGHT 1CHEEZY WEDGES! Then I tell him that I want to add more order, tanpa senyum terus tanya nak apa? And I tell him my order and I ask him if possible I dont want any chicken breast. Then she immediately respond harshly 'kalau ada sy bagilah' while at the back of him full of chicken that already cooked. I know about FIFO, FIRST IN FIRST OUT but not make sense you say 'kalau ada sy bagilah' with full of chicken at your back! And without sorry or thankyou she take another customer. BAD SERVICE EVER. I've been in KFC Taman tas for third time and their cashier still the same, rude! Same goes to my customer next to me with another cashier sorry I cant remember their names, the cust talk very slow voice, the cashier harshly tell him 'akak boleh cakap kuat sikit tak saya tak dengar' I would to suggest KFC TAMAN TAS to train their staff well!
