And yet again we fall for the same terrible "no care" customer service. This afternoon we went to KFC Walvis Bay, ordering BoxMaster (no sauce available), Hawain Twister (no sauce available) and Double Take Burger (with NO SAUCE AVAILABLE)!!! And yet, paying full price!!! Ice cream - miracle the machine works but sorry, no cups available. On many ocasions, even no change to give to you. 5cents may not be plenty, but totalling it to a few customers, there MUST be some money to buy sauce!!! Seriously it is time to get this Restaurant up to standard- we don't have a lot of choices for take away foods. But in the end it is just the customer who pays for KFC neglect!
